WELCOME HOME, ELDER COPELAND! - July 9, 2019

WHAT AN EXCITING DAY it was when Elder Copeland was able to return to his friends and family after serving faithfully for two years in the Ecuador Quito North Mission!

It was such an emotional reunion after two years!  Here he is with his mother.

His sister, Hannah.

Elder Copeland's sister, Lauren.

His brother, Connor.

His dad, Kevin.

And he finally got to meet his little nephew, Ottenson, who had been born while he was on his mission and he had never met.

 Missionaries from Ecuador.
Special friends who came to the airport.
Elder Copeland's entire family.

Elder Copeland with his Grandparents Robert and Marti Johns and George and Laura Copeland

Elder Copeland with his cousin, Carter, who returned from his mission one year ago about this time.  They hadn't seen each other for three years!

Elder Copeland wanted to stop at Five Guys to eat on the way home!
Getting released by his Stake President--Elder Copeland now became Kade Copeland again.  It was difficult for him to take off his missionary badge.

A very kind member had made this special remembrance for Kade to keep his badge on, along with items that will remind him of special experiences in Ecuador.
Kade was so excited to walk into the pantry and see all the food inside.  He was really amazed!
It was so fun to see all the special items he had brought home with him.
Such a wonderful happy reunion and evening.  It was so great to have Kade back with us again.!
